Kayak Adventures & Expeditions

Captain Cecil allows kayak fishermen to plan their own trip.  He provides kayak fishermen with transport to and from their chosen area, and will be standing by in the area to provide a base of operations.  He will provide ice chests for the fish you catch, and kayakers would also have access to the live bait tank on his boat.  Also, in case of an emergency or bad weather, he is immediately available to recover you and your boats.
